You may withdraw cash at Garden Plain State Bank ATMs or any ATM on the Cirrus network. ATM cards may be used to purchase goods and services from merchants that offer Point of Sale transactions.

The next time you shop online at a participating merchant, a window from Visa will ask you to confirm your identity with an extra password.
